GAIL STRICKLAND (b.1947) is an American actress who had prominent supporting roles in such major films as “The Drowning Pool” (1975) starring Paul Newman , “Bound for Glory” (1976) starring David Carradine, :Who’ll Stop the Rain” (1978) starring Nick Nolte, “Norma Rae” (1979) starring Sally Field, “Protocol” (1984) starring Goldie Hawn, and “The American President” (1995) starring Michael Douglas.

Strickland also appeared regularly on MANY network television shows.

Writer Nicholas Garnett: “In the Pink”
