ANNA POOR grew up surrounded by writers and visual artists. She is the niece of the painter Anne Poor, and she is the granddaughter of the artist Henry Varnum Poor, a founder of the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture.
MONA POOR-OLSCHAFSKIE is a lifetime artist and the co-owner of Fin Du Monde restaurant in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in printmaking.
