YIGAL OZERI (b. 1958) is an Israeli-born and raised photorealist painter based in New York City.  Ozeri’s work has been exhibited extensively around the world in seminal galleries and museums. His works are in the permanent collections of the Whitney Museum Of American Art, Smithsonian Museum Collection, The Mcnay Art Museum in San Antonio, The Jewish Museum in New York, The New York Public Library, The Tel Aviv Museum Of Art, and The Albertina in Vienna, The Eileen S. Kaminsky Family Foundation, Beth Rudin DeWoody Collection, New York, NY, Da-Da Yanko Museum, Ein Harod, Israel, among others.

ETHAN COHEN (b. 1961) is a collector and art dealer based in New York City who specializes in contemporary Chinese art and contemporary African art. He was one of the first western dealers to sell work by contemporary Japanese and Chinese artists including Ushio Shinohara and Ai Weiwei.

Ethan Cohen Gallery was founded in 1987 as Art Waves/Ethan Cohen in SoHo, New York City. It was the first gallery to present the Chinese Avant Garde of the 1980s to the United States. He has represented artists including Ai Weiwei, Xu Bing, Gu Wenda, Zhao Bandi, Wang Keping and Qiu Zhijie. Ethan Cohen Fine Arts today represents a diverse global mix of art, including contemporary American, African, Iranian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Pakistani and Thai, from emerging and established artists.
